Man arrested for cheating 25 farmers in MP

The MP police arrested a man for cheating 25 farmers of Rs. 14.84 lakh by not giving payment of the green peas procured in Shahpura, district Jabalpur.

Vivek Arya director of Komal Traders Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra was arrested for cheating 25 farmers, Shahpura police station incharge SL Verma said.

Rajendra Kumar Jain resident of Shahpura in district Jabalpur made a complaint to the police that green peas procured from 25 farmers was supplied to Vivek Arya.

The green peas were transported in name of Vivek in 38 trucks to the Komal Traders between 3/3/2023 to 15/3/2023.
