Congress is protesting across the country against stopping Rahul Gandhi’s Nyay Yatra in Assam. Congressmen are staging a silent protest at Roshanpura intersection in Bhopal. Digvijay Singh and PCC Chief Jitu Patwari are also sitting on strike.
Actually, Rahul Gandhi’s Nyaya Yatra reached Guwahati on Tuesday, where Assam Police stopped him. Rahul wanted to go to Guwahati city with his convoy, but the administration did not allow it.

Assam government stopped Rahul from going to the temple
On Monday, Rahul Gandhi reached Nagaon in Assam. He went to Bordova police station here to visit the birthplace of Saint Shri Shankardev, but he was not given entry. Security forces stopped Rahul and other Congress leaders on their way to Haibargaon. Here, after an argument with the security forces, Rahul and other Congress leaders sat on a strike. Everyone was asked to come to the temple at 3 pm after Pran Pratistha in Ayodhya.
Rahul said- Will PM decide who will go to the temple?
During the protest, Rahul said, what crime have I committed that I cannot go to the temple? Will PM Modi decide who will go to the temple? Today only one person can go to the temple. I believe in the ideology of Shankardev. He is like our guru, so I thought that whenever I come to Assam, I will definitely take his blessings.
Rahul said, I had received the invitation on January 11, but yesterday (Sunday) I was told that there is a danger of law and order deteriorating here. This raises doubts, because Gaurav Gogai and other leaders were not stopped, only I was stopped.
