A school bus caught fire when it was on its way to drop the kids back home on Wednesday afternoon in Shivpuri town, Madhya Pradesh.
Driver Gotu Dhakad said that he was the first to feel something was amiss. As soon as he realised this, he stopped the vehicle and helped the 10 to 12 students deboard.
The bus was soon engulfed in flames. The vehicle was totally gutted by the time two fire engines managed to bring the fire under control.
A short circuit is believed to be the reason behind the fire.
