Mphidb field officers told to finish development works within timeframe
Bhopal: Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board MC Gupta directed the field officers to complete the development related works in the given time and pay more attention to the computerised management and make it better.
While addressing the Time Limit (TL) meeting of the Board for weekly review of the works having allotted fixed time frame.Gupta asked the Additional Commissioner to take disciplinary action against the officers not performing their duty efficiently and on time.
To give pace to the Board’s works related to people’s welfare, unlimited broadband plan has been sanctioned for circle, division and property offices with unlimited data facility to carry efficiently the computerized and e-tendering works.
The plan is available with the name ‘bbgcomboULD-1425’ and all the offices have been directed to stay in connection with network sharing and ensure that all the computers have internet connection available. Gupta further asked the heads of all the offices to update the Board’s work, investments, workers profile etc online.
To make the work successful in this direction he asked the officers to provide additional wireless connection (dongle) where BSNL speed connectivity is low. To make the board’s work computerized headquarters have started with helpdesk that will cater to the problems in computerization and will look for solutions to it from 5 pm to 6 pm, each working day.
In addition to this, Project Manager of CMC Ltd is continuously in touch with the officials through video conferencing on working days from 4 pm to 5pm, Gupta told.
