Online Registration of MSME industry started
Bhopal: Online registration of micro, small and medium industries has been started. Decision for this was taken by the State Government after the orders issued by the Union Government to start online Part-1 and 2 registration of micro, small and medium industries.
Under Government of India’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006 online filing of Part 1 and 2 registration have been linked to web portal www.invest.mp.gov.in / www.mptrifac.org from May 1, 2015. Besides, the entrepreneur can also register on industry departments web portal www.mpindustry.gov.in.
Part 1 & 2 Registration
Registration of Part 1 is necessary to start a new industry. The entrepreneur has to give detailed infortmation of land, building and unit to be set up. After starting the unit it is essential to register Part 2. With the registration of Part 2 the enterpreneur will be eligible to avail subsidy.
Online Application Procedure
In the online application, an investor will have to write his name & address, name & address of unit, mobile number, e-mail address etc. User ID and password will not be required for Online EM Part-1 and 2. Investor will have to upload his ID proof and scanned signature in the application form. In case of partnership firm or private limited company, certified copies of partnership deed or memorandum of association / article of association should be uploaded along with the application form. Arrangement of one-time password has been made for online filing. This password will be received by investor as soon as he enter his mobile number. Online form will be submitted with this password. On clicking after filing completely filled up form, investor will get EM acknowledgement. At the same time, the investor will also get EM number of acknowledgement on his mobile.
After starting production, investor can submit online application for obtaining EM Part-2. As proof of start of production, investor will have to attach scanned copies of electricity bill, receipt of first purchase of raw material, first sale bill and CA certificate in case Rs. 5 lakh or more capital investment has been made on plant and its equipment. In case of partnership firm or private limited company, certified copies of partnership deed or memorandum of association / article of association should be uploaded with application on mandatory basis.
Deputy Director Industries (MSME) has been authorized for online filing of entrepreneur memorandums of micro, small and medium enterprises for EM Part-1 and 2 and sanctioning. EM Form and sanction received on mobile may be printed. This printed EM sanction will be acceptable everywhere.
