Atal Ashray Yojana boon for weaker and low-income group people

Bhopal :Energy and Public Relations Minister Rajendra Shukla has said that Atal Ashray Yojana will prove to be a boon for weaker and low-income group people. Shukla was addressing a function marking Bhumi Poojan of houses to be constructed under the scheme on 5.25 hectares at Rewa today.

Shukla said that food processing units and IT Parks will be established in villages situated in plains. For this, he directed officers. MP Janardan Mishra informed that a programme has been chalked out to provide houses to all by year 2022. He called for concerted efforts to achieve this goal in Vindhya region. It was informed that at Rewa, 60 LIG houses costing Rs. 4 crore 30 lakh and 139 Janata houses costing Rs. 5 crore 75 lakh would be constructed under the scheme. A sum of Rs. 13 crore will be spent on infrastructure development under Atal Ashray Yojana.
