Simplify process of Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Tatha Nishakta Vivah Protsahan Yojana
Bhopal. Chief Secretary Antony deSa today redressed different pending cases in Samadhan online. The Chief Secretary issued instructions to simplify process of Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Evam Nishakta Vivah Protsahan Yojana. He said that all district collectors will ensure resolving in pending cases at district level till Deepawali. The Chief Secretary issued the instructions regarding delay in payment for financial assistance after marriage in 2013 to Shri Anil Kumar Kaul of Katni district. Secretary, Gram Panchayat Shri Uttam Chand Patel was suspended for delay in the case.
The Chief Secretary Shri Antony deSa instructed to issue show cause notice to the then SDM of Indore for delay in issuing caste certificate to one Shri Kamal Rajak of Indore. Expressing displeasure over the delay, the Chief Secretary issued instructions to Indore, Bhopal, Sehore district collectors, with Ujjain for speeding up the process to issue caste certificates.
Resident of Rajgarh, Shri Mahesh Kumar Malviya informed that his vehicle, 407 Pick-up, purchased on July 2015 from Jhalawar district of Rajasthan, is standing because of not being registered in district transport office, Rajgarh. Instructions were issued to redress the case in three days, with the directions to take action against officer concerned. Similarly, Shri Munnalal Yadav of Bhind complained of not getting heavy driving licence made in December 2015. Show cause notices have been issued to District transport officers of Bhind and Morena and suspension of concerned clerk in the case.
Shri Krishnapal Singh of Sidhi district apprised of not getting payment for collection of Tendu leaves bonus and labour. Shri deSa asked forests officials to ensure that payment is provided online direct in accounts of beneficiaries. Similarly, farmers of Bargawan Gram Panchayat of Shahdol district informed about not getting compensation for submerged land. Shri Biharilal Agrawal of Panna district informed that his daughter Mansi Agrawal secured position in merit in class XII in 2015. Payment under Medhavi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana was pending despite application submitted for it. Payment was issued on September 30, 2016 to Mansi Agrawal in the case. Shri Aman Rai, a student of class VI studying in Government Middle School, Devriganj in Raisen district submitted complaint that he was not given amount for bicycle in 2014 despite being eligible for it. Instructions were issued to suspend the then joint director for delay in the case.
Bhopal resident, Smt. Kalpana Ahirwar applied for imposing sections related with scheduled caste and scheduled tribe atrocities law on the accused in murder of her husband Shri Manjit Ahirwar and financial assistance.
Other complaints like mutation of land deed in wrong manner that was submitted by Chachora, Guna, resident Shri Babulal Meena, due payment to be taken from Handloom Department by Shri Ghanshyam Das Kori of Damoh, and fixation of rent and payment for scheduled caste, scheduled tribe student hostel, operational in building of Smt. Savitri Agrawal, resident of Maihar, Satna were put before the chief secretary in Samadhan online. The Chief Secretary issued instructions to resolve the cases.
