CM takes part in Chhindwara District Bar Association swearing-in and felicitation ceremony

Chief Minister Kamal Nath said at the swearing-in and felicitation ceremony of the District Bar Association in Chhindwara that the judicial system of our country is the foundation of our democracy. Justice has a significant place in our life, constitution and country. Judges and lawyers are the protectors of justice, so their safety is also important. The Chief Minister said that the advocates should not be disappointed, the state government is in favour of the Advocate Protection Act. The Chief Minister was addressing the gathering at the District Court premises as the chief guest.
CM Kamal Nath said that other countries of the world have also taken inspiration from the Indian Constitution. He said that it is due to the sentiments contained in the original soul of the Constitution that today people of different religions, castes and communities live together in the country. CM Kamal Nath said that the advocates also have to keep these sentiments above everything. Work has to be done keeping in mind the future of India and also to develop this feeling in the younger generation. The Chief Minister assured to address the problems presented by the Bar Association.
The Chief Minister administered the oath to the newly elected members of the Bar Association Executive Body and distributed certificates. In the programme, senior advocates Hukumchand Jain, B.P. Shukla, B.R. Mohabe, Prasoon Shrivastava, Meghnath Mahore and H.S. Bhatia were felicitated. Advocates Aradhana Bhargava, Sadhana Kale and Alka Sinha, who have been actively working in the Association for the past 30 years were also felicitated.
District and Sessions Judge B.S. Bhadoria informed about the courts operating in the tehsils of the district and courts started recently in remote areas of Tamia and Harrai.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister was apprised with the various demands of the advocates by President of the new Executive of the District Bar Association Vijay Singh Gautam and former President of the State Bar Association Ganga Prasad Tiwari. District in charge Public Health Engineering Minister Sukhdev Panse, Member of Parliament Nakul Nath, former Minister Deepak Saxena, Pandhurna MLA Nilesh Uike, judges and members of District Bar Association were present in the programme.
