Amit Shah makes big announcement – Ram Mandir to be built in 4 months
Pakur: Union Home Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah on Monday made a big announcement. While addressing a public rally at Pakur in Jharkhand, Shah declared that the Ram Temple will be constructed in Ayodhya in four months.
The Supreme Court had ruled in the favour of the Ram temple on November 9.
“The Supreme Court has given its verdict. Now, within four months, a sky-high temple of Lord Ram will be built in Ayodhya,” said Shah.
The Home Minister’s declaration came four days after the Supreme Court dismissed review pleas challenging the November 9 verdict in the Ayodhya title dispute case.
“Applications for a listing of review petitions in open Court are dismissed. We have carefully gone through the review petitions and the connected papers filed therewith. We do not find any ground, whatsoever, to entertain the same. The review petitions are, accordingly, dismissed,” said the five-judge bench.
On November 9, the SC had allocated the disputed site for the construction of Ram temple and decided to give five-acre alternative land to Muslim parties for the building of a mosque in Ayodhya.
Eighteen review petitions were filed in the top court in connection with its November 9 judgement.
