Gold and silver prices increased today i.e. on 16th September. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), on Monday, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold increased by Rs. 650 to Rs. 73,694. Earlier, its price was Rs. 73,044 per ten grams.
Silver has increased by Rs 2,505 to Rs 88,605 per kg. Earlier, silver was at Rs 86,100 per kg. This year, gold has reached an all-time high of Rs 74,222 per 10 grams in May. Silver, on the other hand, reached its all-time high of Rs 94,280 per kg on 29 May.

Gold has increased by more than 10 thousand rupees so far this year
According to IBJA, the price of gold has increased by Rs 10,342 so far this year. On January 1, gold was at Rs 63,352, which has now reached Rs 73,694 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of one kg silver has increased from Rs 73,395 to Rs 88,605.
Gold can reach up to 78 thousand by the end of the year
According to Anuj Gupta, Commodity and Currency Head of HDFC Securities, gold and silver may see a rise in the coming days. This year, gold may reach Rs 78 thousand per 10 grams. Silver may also reach Rs 1 lakh per kilogram.
