Sensex made an all-time high of 85,978 and Nifty of 26,277: Right now the market fell by 70 points, realty sector stocks fell the most

Today, on 27th September, the Sensex touched a record level of 85,978 and the Nifty touched a record level of 26,277. This is the 8th consecutive day when the market has reached an all-time high.

Currently, Sensex is trading at 85,760 level with a decline of 70 points. Nifty is up by 10 points and is trading at 26,220 level.

NSE’s IT index has seen the maximum rise of 0.99%. Auto has seen a slight rise. Realty sector has seen the maximum fall of 1.43%. Banks and media have also fallen.

Asian markets also rose today

  • In the Asian market, Japan’s Nikkei is up 0.10% and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index is up 2.56%. China’s Shanghai Composite Index is up 1.03%.
  • On September 26, the Dow Jones of America rose 0.62% to close at 42,175. The Nasdaq rose 0.60% to close at 18,190. The S&P 500 also rose 0.40%.
  • According to NSE data, foreign investors (FIIs) bought shares worth Rs 629.96 crore on September 26. During this period, domestic investors (DIIs) also bought shares worth Rs 2,405.12 crore.

Today is the second day of bidding for Diffusion Engineers IPO

Today is the second day of investment in the Initial Public Offer i.e. IPO of Diffusion Engineers Limited. On the first day, the IPO of Diffusion Engineers was subscribed a total of 7.34 times. This issue was subscribed 11.58 times in the retail category, 0.03 times in Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and 6.85 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category.

The market had made an all-time high yesterday too

Earlier yesterday, on September 26, the stock market had made an all-time high for the 7th consecutive day. The Sensex had touched 85,930 and the Nifty had touched 26,250. After the day’s trading, the Sensex closed at 85,836 with a gain of 666 points (0.78%).

Nifty also rose by 211 points (0.81%) and closed at 26,216. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 26 rose and 4 fell. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 41 rose and 9 fell.
