Chiranjeevi awarded Padma Vibushan: Jr NTR, Mammootty and stars congratulate

Megastar Chiranjeevi was conferred with Padma Vibushan, India’s second-highest civilian award. The Centre on January 25, released the list of Padma awardees ahead of the 75th Republic Day. Soon after the news went viral, celebrities including Jr NTR, Khushbu Sundar, Mammootty and others congratulated the Telugu stalwart while sending their best wishes.

In a career spanning over four decades, Chiranjeevi is regarded as one of the most successful actors in Indian cinema. On January 25, the actor was awarded Padma Vibushan for his contribution to Indian cinema. On receiving the award, the veteran actor shared a video while expressing his gratitude for the great honour. Several celebrities congratulated the actor on social media.

Mammootty shared a post on X and wrote, “Hearty congratulations, Dear Chiru Bhai, for being conferred with the Padma Vibhushan .”

Allu Arjun also congratulated Chiranjeevi on X and wrote, “Congratulations to our megastar @KChiruTweets garu for the prestigious honour of Padma Vibhushan. What an honour for the family, fans & Telugu people. I feel so elated & honoured by this achievement. Thank you for making us all soo proud.

Nani also penned a congratulatory message on X and wrote, “Good morning Padma Vibhushan Chiranjeevi gaaru”

Upasana Konidela wished her father-in-law in the comment section of the video on Instagram and wrote, “Ur just amazing.”

Khushbu Sundar shared a heartfelt message for Chiranjeevi and wrote, “Many congratulations to you, Sir @KchiruTweets Gaaru, on the honor bestowed upon you. You rightly deserve it. Other than the stars, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also congratulated the recipient. He even sent his wishes to Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, who too, has been conferred with Padma Vibhushan alongside the actor.
