Kangana sold her Pali Hill bungalow for 32 crores: BMC demolished this bungalow in 2020, she had bought it for 20 crores in 2017
BJP MP and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been in the news for quite some time now regarding her upcoming film ‘Emergency’. Recently, the actress bought an office space in Mumbai for Rs 1 crore 56 lakh.
Now it is heard that Kangana has sold her bungalow located in Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai for Rs 32 crores. This information has been received from the registration documents.
Shweta Bathija of Coimbatore bought the bungalow. According to the documents, Kangana bought this bungalow in September 2017 for Rs 20 crores. Now by selling it, she has made a profit of Rs 12 crores.
The name of the buyer is also mentioned in these property documents. The bungalow has been bought by Shweta Bathija, a partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The deal was registered on September 5. According to the documents, the actress’ bungalow is spread over 3,075 square feet and also has a parking space of 565 square feet.
The registration of this deal was done on September 5. For which stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore and registration fee of Rs 30 thousand was also paid.
This is the same property of Kangana located in Pali Hill which was damaged by BMC in September 2020. Then her bungalow was demolished on the basis of unauthorized construction.
‘Emergency’ gets U/A certificate On the work front, Kangana’s film ‘Emergency’ has got the censor certificate after some changes. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given the film a U/A certificate. CBFC had objected to many scenes of this film. Now this film will be released in a few weeks after many cuts and changes.
