Kedarnath song Sweetheart: The second track from Sushant Singh Rajput-Sara Ali Khan starrer is foot-tapping

After the trailer which has received a fair amount of critical acclaim and the devotional track Namo Namo, which received a lot of acclaim on social media, the makers of Kedarnath have released the second track from their film. Unlike the first one, this one also features Sara Ali Khan and the icing on the cake is that she is seen shaking a leg with Sushant Singh Rajput. Filmed on a wedding like setting, the track is amped by Sushant Singh Rajput’s dance moves. And he shares a good chemistry with Sara Ali Khan.

Even though, the lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya are questionable, the music by Amit Trivedi saves this one from being a disappointment. Sung by Dev Negi, Sweetheart is foot-tapping, though it isn’t anything unique or new. Talking about Sara Ali Khan, she looks gorgeous and has a good screen presence but she looked awkward while dancing.

Kedarnath is an eternal love story set in the backdrop of the flash floods that wrecked the temple town in June of 2013. It is a potent combination of love and religion, passion and spirituality. The floods that took the lives of over a hundred thousand people is a powerful backdrop for this epic love story.

Starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role, Kedarnath marks the debut of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Kedarnath will release on December 7.
