Shahid Kapoor starrer Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy gets the title Kabir Singh, FIRST LOOK out!

After impressing the audience with his acting skills in the films Padmaavat and Batti Gul Meter Chalu earlier this year, Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is all geared up for his next film. Shahid is presently working on the Hindi remake of Telugu cult blockbuster Arjun Reddy. The movie is being directed by Sandeep Vanga and features Kiara Advani as the female lead.

Recently, the 37-year-old actor took to his social media and unveiled the title of his upcoming film. The Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy will go by the name of Kabir Singh. Along with the first look of the movie, Shahid wrote, “#ArjunReddy was loved and appreciated now it is time for #KabirSingh! Get reddy to see him in 2019.”

Meanwhile, talking about the movie, Sandeep, who also directed the Telugu version said, “When we started work on the Hindi script, it was a very exciting journey. Kabir Singh, as the protagonist’s name, came naturally, considering the character’s graph. Kabir Singh has the same punch and madness of Arjun Reddy.”

Kabir Singh will be shot extensively in Mumbai, Delhi and Mussoorie. Shahid will sport four different looks in the film and has been preparing for it over the last three months.

The flick has gone on the floor and its first schedule is being shot in Mumbai. Kabir Singh is being produced by T-Series and Cine1 Studios production.
