Life is incomplete without sports, will make Bhopal a sports hub : Chief Minister Chouhan inaugurates World Cup Shooting Competition
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that life is incomplete without sports, but life itself is a sport. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is engaged in making sports an integral part of life. He said that the Aanand department has been set up in the state, and care is being taken to make people happy. We will strive to make Bhopal a sports hub. We will do what we say. There will be no dearth of money for sports.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the World Shooting Competition at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center. Chief Minister Chouhan inaugurated the World Cup shooting competition by pressing the remote button. Bhoomi pujan was also performed for the shooting complex to be constructed at Barkheda Nathu.
Chief Minister Chouhan announced the launch of the World Cup Shooting World Cup competition. Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Smt. Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Govind Singh, President of the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) Luciano Rossi, National Rifle Association of India Raninder Singh, General Secretary K.K. Sultan, Principal Secretary Sports, and Youth Welfare Deepti Gaur Mukherjee was present.
He said that our country has a tradition of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’. There will be no inconvenience to all the guests and players in the heartland of India. He said that we are all one. There is a tradition of the welfare of the world. May you all be happy and healthy. The game is played not only to win but also to learn. Sports keep us happy and healthy by removing stress. It increases competition. He said that Madhya Pradesh is moving fast in sports. We are not satisfied with this now, we have to move further. The Chief Minister said that such competitions allow excellent players to move forward. He said that Bhimbetka is a world heritage. Sanchi is world famous. The Bhopal lake is very beautiful. Welcome to the beautiful state. Bhopal is the cleanest capital of the country.
Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia welcomed the guests. She said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is making many efforts to promote sports. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan is determined to make the state an excellent state for sports and make Bhopal a hub.
In the opening ceremony, International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) President Luciano Rossi said that India is a beautiful country. The beauty of Bhopal is also unique. Praising Chief Minister Chouhan, he said that he is making an unprecedented contribution towards sports. Raninder Singh, President of NRI also expressed his views.
