Anna Hazare to end his ‘Maun Vrat’ on Friday
NEW DELHI: Anna Hazare will reach to Delhi on Thursday evening and end his vow of silence on Friday. As per reports, he may end his ‘Maun Vrat’ at Rajghat and then proceed to the meeting of the Standing Committee on the issue of Lokpal Bill.
Team Anna member Manish Sisodia is said to be in Ralegan Siddhi to accompany Anna back to the national capital.
Other members of Team Anna led by Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan would be attending the first round of talks with the Lokpal Standing Committee today.
The 74-year-old anti-graft crusader is on a vow of silence from October 16. It would be interesting to know what are the Gandhian’s views on the allegations being levelled against his close confidantes like Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi.
Anna Hazare has threatened to launch another hunger strike if the Lokpal bill is not passed in the Winter Session of Parliament beginning later this month.
