BSF Jawan Wounded in Firing from across International Border

A BSF personnel has been wounded in firing from across the International Border at Bobiyan in Kathua district today, said media reports.

Anchal Singh, head constable, was hit by a bullet at Bobiyan post at nearly 0545 hours, reports said quoting sources.

However, it was yet not clear if any intruder or Pakistani rangers from across the border indulged in firing, said reports.

BSF troops posted at the post did not retaliate, reports said.
