BSF Suspends Commandant in Srinagar Teenager Killing Case
In connection with teenager killing in Srinagar, BSF has now suspended a Commandant after it came to light that the person responsible for he killing was not the constable arrested for the crime but his commanding officer, reported NDTV.
Report said citing sources that a court of inquiry has been constituted and the Commandant put under suspension.
However, the BSF claimed that they took action against the Commandant for allowing his jawans to fire, said report.
NDTV reported citing sources that the constable was forced by his Commandant at gun point to confess shooting Zahid Farooq.
