CVC PJ Thomas filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court defending his appointment
NEW DELHI: CVC PJ Thomas defends his appointment in the Supreme Court. He has filed an affidavit here defending his appointment.
CVC said in the affidavit that there was no sanction to prosecute him in the Palmolein import case.
Further he said his was not the only case when an honest officer got Central empanelment pending a charge sheet.
PJ Thomas also detailed his administrative experience to clarify and claim that he was eminently suitable for the post appointed to him.
