New Delhi: Terming the changes announced by the government in the civil services preliminary exams as ‘eyewash’, National Students Union of India (NSUI) on Monday said the Centre has ‘cheated’ lakhs of UPSC aspirants.
NSUI alleged the decision is nothing more than an ‘eyewash’ for the millions of students who have been relentlessly protesting against the CSAT.
Pandey said, “The CSAT issue was not just about english versus hindi. It was also about humanities versus science students, which remains unaddressed. Humanities students will be continued to be discriminated.”
The NSUI said it will continue its protest in support of the students and launch a nation-wide movement on the issue to mobilise support.
