Minor accused gets bail within hours of arrest in mowing 2 to death in Pune

Vedant Agarwal, the accused, was granted bail just fifteen hours after the tragic accident that left two people dead. Vishal Agarwal, father of the accused, is a well-known builder from Bramha Realty.

According to the accused’s attorney, Vedant was detained in relation to an incident that was reported to the Yerawada police station. The Honorable Court showed leniency by releasing Vedant on bail with some conditions. They promise to provide the law enforcement authorities with their entire cooperation and continue to have total faith in the ongoing investigation. Vedant is required to abide by the strict guidelines that the Honorable Court has established. They are still determined to show up for all court appearances and to wait for the investigation’s conclusion.

The incident came to light wherein two people were killed in an accident by the son of a well-known builder in Pune. The deceased in this accident have been identified as two youngsters. The incident occurred in Kalyaninagar around 2:30 AM on Saturday. Vedant Agarwal, son of Vishal Agarwal, owner of the construction company Brahma Realty and Infrastructure, was driving his luxury car recklessly and collided with several vehicles on the road.

An FIR had been registered against accused Vedant at Yerawada Police Station. The deceased’s Ekib Ramzan Mulla filed the complaint. Ashwini and Anis were traveling with friends from Kalyaninagar to Yerawada on their motorbikes when Vedant, driving his Porsche at high speed, lost control of the car. The car then collided with a motorcycle and other vehicles.

After leaving a pub in the area around 2:30 AM, Vedant’s speeding car collided with other vehicles. Locals immediately ran and helped the victims.
