On the other hand, in Rajasthan, it rained in many parts of Jhalawar, Baran, Rajsamand, Sirohi, Udaipur on Sunday. The temperature in the state also dropped by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. Rain will stop in Rajasthan from Monday.

This year, Madhya Pradesh has received 18% more rain than the monsoon quota. 43.9 inches of water has fallen as against the normal 37.3 inches. There are 10 districts where the rainfall has crossed 50 inches.

Rain alert in 13 states on September 30 The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Lakshadweep, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat on September 30. There is an alert of heavy rains in Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura from October 2 to 4. There is also a possibility of lightning in these states.

Delay in withdrawal of monsoon The Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the departure of the southwest monsoon from Rajasthan begins on September 17. This time it was delayed by a week, that is, on September 23. Due to this, the monsoon is unlikely to end in Pune and Mumbai before October 10-12. Usually the withdrawal of monsoon from Maharashtra happens around October 5.

IMD scientist SD Sanap said that due to the possibility of formation of a low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal and its movement towards the northwest, there will be good rains in Maharashtra from September 26.

According to IMD, rain has started in Maharashtra after a long gap in this monsoon season. In such a situation, it is too early to predict the end of monsoon from Maharashtra in October.

There is a threat of flood in 12 districts of Bihar. About 2 lakh population of 20 blocks of these districts are affected by the flood. The situation here can become even more serious, because the water released by Nepal has increased the possibility of spreading to the plains of Bihar.

The spell of rain continued in Rajasthan on Sunday as well. It rained in many parts of Jhalawar, Baran, Rajsamand, Sirohi, Udaipur. Clouds covered many districts of Kota, Udaipur and Bharatpur divisions. Due to rain and cold winds, the temperature in the state also dropped by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. Weather experts have predicted that the spell of rain will stop in the state from today.

The weather in Haryana will remain clear for 6 days from today. In view of this, the Meteorological Department has not issued any alert for any district of the state. However, weather experts say that due to dry weather, there will be bright sunshine during the day, due to which the mercury will rise. The good thing is that the quota of monsoon rain in the state has now been completed.

Today (Monday) is the last day of the monsoon season in Chhattisgarh. According to the weather expert, the temperature may increase by 2 to 3 degrees in the next 2 days. On Sunday, the maximum temperature in Raipur was recorded above 34 degrees. The highest temperature of 34.9 degrees was recorded in Mahasamund. There is a possibility of rain in some districts of Bastar division today.
