UP Minister Critically Injured in Blast; Two Others Killed

Nand Gopal Nandi, a cabinet minister in Uttar Pradesh, has been critically wounded in an explosion outside his residence Muthi Ganj in Allahabad district, said media reports citing police.

According to reports, Nand Gopal Nandi, the minister for institutional finance, has been admitted to the Jivan Jyoti Hospital.

Times Now reported that a motorcycle was parked outside his residence and exploded as he stepped out.

Two security guards were killed in the blast and five others were also injured.
