102 Matters Heard at Collector’s Public Hearing
The hearing aims to iron out discrepancies in delivery of services to citizens

District administration officials, under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, heard a total of 102 matters at the weekly public hearing at the collectorate on Tuesday.
ADM Prakash Nayak, Bhupendra Goyal, Deputy Collector Mohammad Iqbal, Nidhi Choukse, Ajay Sharma, and other officials heard the complaints raised by citizens.
During this session, many issues were resolved on the spot after officials discussed the problems with applicants and assured them of a prompt resolution.
Subsequently, top bureaucrats in the district directed department heads and other district officers to adopt heightened sensitivity in such matters and strive to resolve them at the earliest.
The weekly public hearing at the collectorate is prominent among the several grievance redressal mechanisms being made available to citizens in.tne state capital.
