26 thousand posts to be filled for middle class teachers
BHOPAL: In a major boost to the school education the state government has decided to fill the vacant posts for school teachers for middle level schools.
This was decided in the cabinet meeting which was chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday.
The total number of posts are 26 thousand 26. Half of which was filled by promotion from assistant teachers and remaining half through appointments to the post of contract school teacher grade-2.
The government has also decided to do away with the rule of upto two children in cases of compassionate appointment family members of deceased government servants.
This factor will not be an impediment in the compassionate appointment. The old cases will kept away from the decision.
