BMC Delivers Immediate Benefits to Citizens Through Welfare Scheme Camps
Municipal body is holding camps to reach out to citizens with doorstep services
As part of the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) successfully resolved 966 cases, offering citizens immediate access to crucial government welfare schemes and initiatives.
The civic body organized camps in Ward No. 69 of Zone No. 09 and Ward No. 39 of Zone No. 11 to provide the benefits of various government welfare schemes to underprivileged citizens and offer better services. A total of 972 applications were received, of which 966 cases were resolved on the spot.
As per directives of Municipal Commissioner Harendra Narayan, a camp was held in Ward No. 69 of Zone No. 09, where 112 applications related to government welfare schemes and services were received, of which 106 were resolved. In Ward No. 39 of Zone No. 11, 860 applications were received, and all 860 cases were resolved.
The 40-day campaign “Mukhyamantri Jankalyan Abhiyan was launched earlier this month to include those left out of the welfare initiatives and schemes of the state government.
