Budhni Vidhan Sabha constituency to be made ideal
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Budhni Vidhan Sabha constituency in Sehore district will be made ideal. Apart from basic facilities like roads, power and water, better employment opportunities will also be provided to youths here. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was addressing public meetings at Rahti and Nasrullahganj in Budhni Vidhan Sabha constituency today. He said that a farmers’ convention will be held here soon where farmers will be trained by national-level scientists in farming of cash crops, horticulture and medicinal plants.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed the collector to hold camps at Gram Panchayat level to include names of eligible beneficiaries in the list for providing wheat and rice at the rate of Re. 1 per kg. He directed to complete this work by February 28. The Chief Minister said that discussions will be held with common people at various levels for making Budhni Vidhan Sabha constituency an ideal one. Shri Chouhan also reached Janpad office at Nasrullahganj and sought information through videoconferencing about Board exam preparations being made by students.
Silver crown presented for Kanyadan Yojana: When a worker presented a silver crown to Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he gave it away for marriages to be held under Kanyadan Yojana.
Inspected roads: During his visit, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan inspected 2 roads in Neelkanth Road area of Nasrullahganj by walking on foot. He enquired about quality of road from Nagar Panchayat CMO and sub-engineer. He said that no comprise will be made with quality of roads. On finding bad quality of Nasrullahganj Nagar Panchayats’ roads, Shri Chouhan directed to issue suspension orders of CMO Naushad Ahmad Lari and sub-engineer Hari Shankar Phulre. He also directed public representatives to keep special watch over quality of construction works. MARKFED’s Chairman Shri Ramakant Bhargava and public representatives were present on the occasion.
