Chief Minister Chouhan performed Holika Dahan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with his wife Sadhna Singh performed Holika Dahan at Kirti Stambh premises at Roshanpura intersection on Tuesday. 

He worshiped Holika with rituals and chanting. Chouhan said that Holika Dahan is a symbol of the victory of religion. This festival teaches us humility, not hatred, devotion, affection and love, not arrogance. This is the essence of life. The person and the state move forward with good deeds. He appealed to use cow-wood to save the environment. 

The Chief Minister wished for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state.

Chouhan and Sadhna Singh wished Holi to all the citizens involved in Holika Dahan and applied gulal to the citizens.
