Employees welfare works should be done in time-limit: CM
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that whatever is best for employees should be done.
Minister of State for General Administration Shri Lal Singh Arya, Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Ajay Nath and Principal Secretaries Shri K. Suresh and Shri Ashwini Kumar Rai were present on the occasion. It was informed that it has been decided that disabled persons’ special recruitment will be through walk-in-interview.
Shri Chouhan stressed the need for regular training to employees of all ranks. He directed to chalk out a proposal for regional training institute for class III employees and put it up within a month.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan stressed the need for amendment, updation and abrogation of redundant, irrelevant and dual legal provisions. He directed all departments to present a report in this regard within a month. Shri Chouhan said that state government is committed to eradicate corruption. Strict action should be taken in corruption cases. He directed to present proposals for use of assets seized under anti-corruption law in the interest of people.
About 100-day action plan of the department, the meeting was informed that all works have been undertaken within time-limit. In the state, provision has been made to replace affidavits with self-certified declarations. Madhya Pradesh is pioneer state to make this arrangement. Three-phase time-bound programme has been made to provide caste certificates to class I students by September.
