Financial assistance to ex-serviceman and widows of world war-II

BHOPAL: In a move to motivate soldiers and their families state government provided financial assistance to ex service man and widows of World War II.

The government provided the assistance of worth Rs.48,000 with two thousand rupees provided to each person.

This benefited about 24 ex-servicemen and widows. The assistance was provided in a programme held at Zila Sainik Kalyan office.

The officials also informs about the 10% increase in the financial assistance every year. The funds are provided from Special Integrated Fund to ex-servicemen and war widows.

The sources also informed about the rally for recruitments in the Army which will be going to held at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal from June 8 to 13. In the convention Ex-servicemen of war widows of Bhopal, Sehore, Raisen and Vidisha took part.
