Health Employees Symbolic Protest in MP
The workers are wearing black bands to pess for demands

Stepping up the agitation to press for a 15-point charter of demands, officers and employees of a prominent union of employees and officers in the Health Department are working while wearing black bands in the state.
The symbolic protest, being conducted by nursing staff, paramedics, outsourced employees, and others, is meant to push the government into accepting the demands they have been raising since February 2024.
The State President of the Union, Surendra Singh Kaurav, said all health department employees are participating.
He alleged that the government’s refusal to accept the demands amounts to high-handedness and insensitivity.
