Insects and Spiders’ Field Guide of Kanha Tiger Reserve Released
Bhopal. Chief Wild Life Warden Shri Jitendra Agarwal released “A Field Guide to Insects and Spiders of Kanha Tiger Reserve” prepared by the Wild Life Expert Shri Aniruddh Dhamorikar at Bhopal today. Information on over 600 kind of insects, spiders and butterflies found in the reserve has been compiled in the guide. Shri Dhamorikar has prepared this guide after conducting extensive tour of the reserve.
Praising the guide Shri Jitendra Agarwal said that these small insects are important components of our eco-system. They have important role in food chain. The guide will not only help research students but it will provide information to the people about importance of these small insects of nature.
