Laxmikant Sharma to Attend Information Ministers’ Conclave

Bhopal  —  Madhya Pradesh Public Relations Minister Laxmikant Sharma will attend the Information Ministers’ Conference in New Delhi on Saturday, December 5. He will be accompanied by Secretary Public Relations Manoj Shrivastava.

The Information Ministers’ Conference, organised by Information and Broadcasting Ministry, is scheduled to be held at the Vigyan Bhawan.

The ministerial conclave will discuss the proposed Broadcasting Services Regulation Bill apart from ways to curb piracy of films.

Also on the agenda are proposed amendments to Press and Registration of Books Act 1867, digitisation in cable sector and entertainment tax.
