MBBS student dies in road accident another injured in Jabalpur, MP

A MBBS student dies another injured in a road accident after their bike was hit on side of a 14-wheel truck on a turn at Andhamukh square in Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) on Wednesday night, according to the police.

Ruby Thakur (22) died on spot and Sourabh Ojha sustained injuries, the police said.

Both of them were the students of MBBS third year, the police said.

The girl got stuck in the truck and was dragged for about 25-30 meters, the police said.

The woman student’s rear side of body got badly damaged, he said.

Further investigation in the accident is going on, the police said.
