Political angle in Shivpuri triple murder

Fake voting has come to light in the case of murder of three people including a woman of Bhadauria family in Chakrampur village of Narwar tehsil of Shivpuri. Rajendra Bhadauria (28), who survived the attack, told in his statement to the police that there was a dispute over two votes. He had come to cast fake vote in favor of Congress candidate Kailash. Interrupted them. We were returning by Bolero in the evening when they surrounded us and attacked us.

Rajendra’s mother Ashadevi (42), uncle Laxman (45) and cousin Amar Singh alias Himanshu (20) have died in the attack. Apart from Rajendra, his father Munna (50), younger brother Yogendra alias Bhola (27) and cousin Saurabh Sengar (25) are undergoing treatment in Gwalior. Munna Bhadauria’s condition is said to be more serious.

The police had made a video of Rajendra’s statement on the night of 17 November. SP Raghuvansh Singh Bhadauria said that 14 accused have been arrested. One is admitted in Gwalior. One person from the accused side was also shot.

Rajendra says that he had become an agent at the polling station of his village on behalf of BJP candidate from Karaira, Suresh Dhakad. Two people from Congress tried to cast fake votes. When I stopped them, they threatened to take a look in the evening and went away. After this about two hundred people attacked. Suresh Dhakad has also admitted to the altercation at the polling booth.

Police have registered a case against 11 named and 20 to 25 unidentified people. Till now 14 accused have been arrested and sent to jail. A sword, axe, iron rods, lunghagi and sticks used in the incident have been recovered from the accused. Besides, a bulldozer has also been used on the house of the accused. Curfew like situation has arisen in Narwar town late on Sunday evening. To arrest the accused, separate teams of four police stations namely Narwar, Karaira, Amola and Sehore were formed.

The accused sent to jail include Ram Singh son of Jwala Prasad Kushwaha, Deshraj son of Dhaniram Kushwaha, Khuman Singh son of Munshi Kushwaha, Meharwan Singh son of Bareilal Kushwaha, Vishnu son of Pragilal Kushwaha, Gopal Singh son of Bhajan Singh Kushwaha, Sonu son of Prem Singh Kushwaha, Golu alias Shivkumar. These include son Kilol Singh Kushwaha, Damodar son Shyamlal Kushwaha, Veer Singh son Punnalal Kushwaha, Akhilesh son Veer Singh Kushwaha, Parmal son Bhagirath Kushwaha, Mukesh son Munshiram Kushwaha, Rai Singh son Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha.

The bodies of Asha Devi and her brother-in-law Laxman Bhadauria were brought to Narwar at around 5 pm on Sunday. Before this, about one and a half thousand people of Kshatriya community gathered here. The Kshatriya community and the relatives of the deceased demanded that the houses of the accused be completely razed to the ground. Rs 50 lakh each should be given to the families of the deceased. One member of every family should be given a government job. Five gun licenses should be approved immediately for the family.

The people of the society said that they will not cremate the dead bodies until their demands are met. However, at 9 pm, after the advice of the police and administration, the family agreed to remove the body from the road. After this, the last rites were performed in Chakrampur late night in the presence of police. Let us tell you, PWD Minister of State and BJP candidate Suresh Dhakad was also present in this protest.

There was a dispute over DJ playing in Ganesh Chaturthi procession

About two months ago in Chakrampur, there was a dispute between Yogendra and Veer Singh Kushwaha regarding the DJ playing a song in the procession on Ganesh Chaturthi. FIRs were also filed from both sides.

On the night of 17th November at around 9 pm, Yogendra along with his uncle Laxman, maternal uncle’s sons Saurabh and Amar Singh and brother Rajendra were coming from Gwalior to Chakrampur by car after seeing relatives. As soon as they reached in front of Veer Singh’s house, Akhilesh Kushwaha, Veer Singh, Parmal Kushwaha, Vishnu Kushwaha, Gopal Kushwaha, Ranveer Singh Kushwaha, Ramsingh Kushwaha, Raisingh Kushwaha, Meharwan Singh Kushwaha, Golu alias Shivkumar Kushwaha, Mukesh Kushwaha and 20 others. 25 people surrounded the car. Veer Singh poured petrol on the car and set it on fire. Yogendra ran away from the car to save his life. Meanwhile, Akhilesh and Ranveer fired at him. Yogendra narrowly escaped from this. Then Mukesh hit Yogendra with an axe. Laxman Singh, Saurabh, Amar Singh and Rajendra were also beaten with sticks.

During this time, when Yogendra’s mother Asha Devi and father Munna Singh came to save him, they also attacked them. Amar Singh got burnt due to the car being set on fire. The injured were admitted to Gwalior hospital, where Asha Devi, Himanshu Sengar and Laxman died.
