Sanitary workers played important role for Clean Simhastha

Ujjain. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that sanitary workers played important role in keeping entire Simhastha Mela area clean. They worked with great devotion and dedication as if marriage of daughter were being performed in their house. CM Shri Chouhan stated this during lunch organised for sanitary workers in Chamunda zone at Ujjain today. Underscoring significance of sanitary workers’ role, he said that they are like foundation stone of temple. Kalash of temple is visible to all, but not the foundation stone. Without foundation stone, no building including temple can survive and collapses. Arrangements during Simhastha were fine due to hard work of sanitary workers, he added.
At the programme, the Chief Minister felicitated sanitary workers by showering flower petals on them. He also expressed gratitude to them for their valuable contribution in Simhastha. He also served food to all during lunch.

In-charge Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh and Mayor Smt. Meena Jonwal were also present on the occasion.
