Send answers to Vidhan Sabha questions within time-limit
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed that answers to Vidhan Sabha questions should be sent within the prescribed time-limit. Concerning officers must remain present in the visitors’ gallery. Shri Chouhan was reviewing preparations for Vidhan Sabha session beginning from December 04 at Mantralaya here today. Members of the state cabinet, Chief Secretary Shri R. Parasuram and departmental officers were present at the meeting.
At the meeting, directives were issued to heads of departments to make Vidhan Sabha secretariat aware of the status of questions, which are impossible or impractical to answer.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that complete answers to Vidhan Sabha questions should be given. At the meeting, department-wise discussions were also held on zero hour, incomplete answers, action taken on assurances and remarks made on public accounts clauses.
