Social Organisations Cry Foul, Indore Girl Apologises for ‘Vulgarity’
Police to seek legal counsel before action

A young girl tendered an unconditional apology after social organisations took exception to her posting a video wearing a revealing outfit on her social media account.
The girl filmed the controversial video wearing a ‘revealing’ outfit in the 56 Dukan area of the city. The video didn’t go down well with social organisations, who accused her of indulging in vulgarity and vitiating the cultural atmosphere of the city.
They blamed the girl for disrespecting the land of Devi Ahilya and sought police action against her.
The girl later expressed regret over the video and apologised. Indore police said they would consult legal experts before initiating action.
