The aim of my life is to increase the honour and respect of sisters: CM Shri Chouhan Women welcomes Chief Minister on commencement of Ladli Bahna Yojana

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was welcomed by showering flowers on the launch of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana by the members of Mahila Morcha at Jabalpur Naudra Bridge today. Also they expressed gratitude for the initiative to empower women economically and socially.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that this scheme is a campaign to change the lives of sisters. The aim of his life is to increase the honour and respect of the sisters. Chief Minister said that many times I have seen the poor and lower middle class sisters getting worried for 1000-500 rupees. Ladli Bahna Yojana will give money in the hands of such sisters and this will increase their self-confidence and respect in the family. With the amount of one thousand rupees they get every month, they will be able to fulfill their minor needs. Chief Minister Chouhan said that if there is a smile on the face of the sisters then their life will be successful.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that soon Ladli Bahna Sammelan will be organised in Jabalpur as well. He said that he will never let the faith reposed in him by the sisters be broken. The state government will make the life of the sisters better. The Chief Minister also called upon the members of Mahila Morcha to go ahead and work for filling the applications of sisters under Ladli Bahna Yojana. He said that the government is also giving money for filling the application online. Sisters will not have any problem in filling the application.

The enlightened people of the Kushwaha community paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister Chouhan at the circuit house. The people of the society welcomed Chief Minister Chouhan by tying a turban and garlanding him.
