Vivekananda Youth Centres to be open is MP

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Vivekananda Youth Centres will be opened in the state for engaging youths in creative activities. He said that a grand convention will be held for promoting small industries in rural areas. Residential pattas will be given to the poor. This campaign will be started from tribal areas. Shri Chouhan disclosed this to the activists and people who had come to accord him welcome at the state hangar here today. On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was greeted with garlands and bouquets.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the State Government stands by the poor. State’s development is a talk of the town not only in the country, but in foreign countries also. Madhya Pradesh’s agriculture and economic growth rates, women’s empowerment works, Ladli Laxmi, Teerth-Darshan and Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act have been lauded at all the places of the United States of America. He said that the World Bank has taken a significant initiative towards irrigation, drinking water schemes and development works of Madhya Pradesh. He informed that besides informing Americans about tales of Madhya Pradesh’s development, he also cautioned them to adopt a balanced outlook towards development. Production should be only as per the requirement. Similarly, natural resources should be tapped keeping entire world scenario in view. He said that India is a unique country. Our country will give guidance about peace to the world. Shri Chouhan said that he informed all the people in America about this.
Shri Chouhan said that loans will be made available to youths to establish small industries in villages with a view to ensuring youths’ active participation in the state’s development. Loan guarantee will be given by the State Government. Similarly, Vivekananda Youth Centres will be opened at various levels. These centres will motivate youths towards initiating creative works. Youths’ cooperation will be sought in conserving water, planting trees and other positive works.
He said that he observed during his visit to the USA that non-resident Indians over there have unique attachment to the soil of the country. They have shown keen interest in extending cooperation in the state’s development and welfare works. He said that if the pace of state’s development continues in the same vein, Madhya Pradesh will become pioneer state not only in the country, but also in the world.
