Youths of M.P. Are Becoming Employment Oriented: CM

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan distributed financial assistance cheques and material to various beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Rozgar, Mukhyamantri Annapurna, Ujjawala yojna and agriculture schemes implemented to double the farmers’ income at Beneficiaries Training on Public Welfare Scheme Programme held at Jamboori Maidan here today. Short films based on public welfare schemes were also showcased in the presence of several Ministers, Public Representative and beneficiaries present in large number on the occasion.

Detail information regarding remarkable success achieved during the last 11 years were given to the beneficiaries through films on various welfare schemes like Yuva Udhyami, Mukhyamantri Swa-Rozgar and economic welfare etc. Moreover, cheques of loan amount were given to the beneficiaries Sushri Nitika Tripathi, Shri Sunil Ahirwar, Shri Sunil Parate, Shri Rakshpal Singh, Shri Durgesh Dhurve and to Shri Sanjay Singh by the Chief Minister Shri Chouhan to establish their own industry under the Mukhyamantri Udhmi Yojna.

CM Shri Chouhan informed that bank loan is provided for project worth Rs. 10 lakh to One crore to establish industry under this scheme. Benefit of Loan guarantee fund charges subsidy and training is provided by the state government. Moreover, bank loan is provided on project worth Rs. 20 thousand to 10 lakh under the Mukhyamantri Swa-Rozgar yojna. Shri Chouhan mentioned that youth of the state are becoming employment oriented deriving benefits of various schemes. He presented cheques of loan amount to youth beneficiaries Shri Akshay, Sushri Mamta Devi, Shri Aman, Shri Amir Khan and to Shri Virendra Thakur under the Mukhyamantri Swa-Rozgar yojna.

After the short film focusing Mukhyamantri Annapurna yojna, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan presented forms for Antodaya Anna Scheme to the beneficiaries Shri Saeed, Sushri Gayatri Choubey, Shri Suresh Sahu and others. It is informed during the film that food security is being provided under the scheme to the members of 5 crore 43 lakh BPL and Antodaya families. Wheat at the rate of Re. 1 per k.g., rice and iodised salt is being provided. Moreover, 35 k.g. food grains per month to each family under the Antodaya Anna yojna and 5 k.g. food grain per month to each member of prioritised families are being distributed. CM Shri Chouhan asked the beneficiaries present in the programme that whether it it is necessary to provide wheat, rice and salt at he rate of Re. One per k.g. to the poor families, the answer was yes it is necessary from the public.

Under the Pradhanmantri Ujjawala Yojna begun at the initiative of the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, free gas connections and kits are being provided to the poor to get rid of the smoke. It is informed through film on Ujjawala yojna that free gas connections will be provided to 72 lakh families of the state during the next three years. Free gas connections to 13 lakh 50 thousand facilities have been provided during last five months. Madhya Pradesh is on second position in the country for implementing

Ujjawala Scheme. CM Shri Chouhan presented free gas connections and kit to the beneficiaries Smt. Lalubai, Smt. Rinabai, Smt. Kalabai, Smt. Radhabai and Smt. Pritibai on the occasion. Shri Chouhan told that this arrangement has been made for the women of poor families to get rid of smoke pollution.

Agriculture Schemes

Moreover, after the film focusing agriculture schemes to double the farmers’ income, CM Shri Chouhan handed over cheques of various schemes like Balram Talab, Surajdhara, Mukhyamantri Sthai Krishi Pump Connection and various other agriculture schemes to the beneficiaries. It is informed during the film that remarkable increase of 98 percent has been registered in the agriculture production. Agriculture production has gone up to 4 crore 23 lakh matric tonne in the year 2015-16 in comparison to 2 crore 14 lakh matric tonne agriculture production in the year 2004-05. On this achievement, Shri Chouhan urged the beneficiaries to give a loud applause for the farmers.
