Youths should become partner in development through entrepreneurship: CM
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that that State Government will fill vacant posts of contractual teachers and other government departments also. He exhorted youths to become partner in development of Madhya Pradesh through entrepreneurship. The State Government is signing agreement with banks for such entrepreneurs. Loan guarantee for upto Rs. 50 thousand loan will be given by the State Government besides 5 percent interest subsidy for 5 years. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was unveiling statues of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and inaugurating various development works costing Rs. 6 crore 47 lakh at Pachore Nagar Panchayat in district Rajgarh today.
The Chief Minister said that the government will give assistance to establish business and industries in the district. Youths should establish self-employment so that unemployment can be removed. Small and cottage industries can be established in villages. He said that the State Government is implementing several welfare schemes for the poor and all sections of society. Free pathology tests scheme has been launched throughout the state from February 1 under which the poor will get free facility to undergo blood and other tests.
Informing about Mukhyamantri Teerth-Darshan Yojna and other schemes, he said that the State Government is chalking out and implementing welfare schemes for all the sections of society. In the same series, Mukhyamantri Nal-Jal Yojna and Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojna have also been chalked out, which will be implemented soon. Directing the district administration to conduct survey of frost-affected crops, he said that effort will be made to provide compensation to affected farmers through discussion with insurance company.
Rapists should be hanged
Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that those who commit atrocities on women will not be spared. Such culprits will neither be provided driving licence nor caste certificate. He said that the State Government has sent a proposal to the Union Government demanding that rapists should be hanged. The State Government has decided to give pension to parents with only daughters. He appealed to people not to discriminate between sons and daughters.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that constant efforts are being made to make agriculture profitable. Irrigation facilities are being increased so that every inch of land gets water. Informing about Narmada-Kshipra Link Project, he said that Narmada water will be released in Kali Sindh, Parwati and Gambhir rivers also through lift irritation. If technically possible, Nevaj river will also be linked with this project. He assured construction of dams at Mohanpura and Kundaliya also.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan released CD of song “Aaj Ki Beti Kal Ki Maan, Parson Dadi-Tai Bane”. He announced to give Rs. one lakh each to singers of Beti Bachao Song of the Sanskar Academy and girls school guides.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced Rs. 2 crore for infrastructure development works in Pachore. He assured to taken necessary action on demand for sale of produced material and construction of by-pass road after examining the proposals. He announced a 30-bed hospital at Pachore. He said that earlier, Rs. 5 per day per cow was given to Gaushalas. It has been increased to Rs. 10 per day now.
