Duleep Trophy- Abhimanyu Easwaran’s century: India B scored 182 for the loss of 5 wickets, Abhishek scored a fifty for India C

The final round of Duleep Trophy has started. On the second day on Friday, India C has scored 188 runs after losing 7 wickets. The third session of the match is going on. Abhishek Porel scored the highest 82 runs from the team. Aaqib Khan took 3 wickets from India A’s side.

Earlier, India C bowled out India A for 297 runs. Shashwat Rawat scored the highest 124 runs for the team by scoring a century. Apart from him, number 9 batsman Avesh Khan played an innings of 51 runs. Vijaykumar Vyas took 4 wickets for India C.

In another match, India B has scored 182 runs after losing 5 wickets. Captain Abhimanyu Easwaran is at the crease with 100 runs and Washington Sundar with 31 runs.

India-D could add only 43 runs to their yesterday’s score and India B bowled out the team for 349 runs. Sanju Samson scored a century from the team. He played an innings of 104 runs. Apart from him, Devdutt Padikkal made a partnership of 50 runs and Srikar Bharat made a partnership of 52 runs.

India-A vs India-C India-C captain Rituraj Gaikwad won the toss and chose to bowl in Anantapur on Thursday. India-A lost 5 wickets for a score of 36 runs. Pratham Singh scored 6, Mayank Agarwal 6, Tilak Verma 5 and Riyan Parag scored only 2 runs. Kumar Kushagra could not even open the account.

India-B vs India-D India-B won the toss and chose to bowl at the B Stadium in Anantapur. Devdutt Padikkal from Team-D made a century partnership with KS Bharat. Padikkal got out after scoring 50 runs and Bharat got out after scoring 52 runs. Ricky Bhui, who came at number-3, also scored a fifty, he added 54 runs with Nishant Sindhu. Bhui got out after scoring 56 runs and Nishant got out after scoring 19 runs. After him, captain Shreyas Iyer could not even open the account after playing 5 balls.
Samson’s century After losing 5 wickets at the score of 216 runs, Sanju Samson and Saransh Jain took charge of India-D. Both of them took the team’s score to 306 by the end of the day’s play. Samson scored 106 and Saransh scored 26 runs. Navdeep Saini took 5 wickets for India-B and leg spinner Rahul Chahar got 3 wickets. Mukesh Kumar got 1 success.

India-C tops the points table. The winner of Duleep Trophy will be decided in the last round itself, the team that tops the points table will become the champion. Currently, India-C is at number one with 9 points. India-B has 7 points and India-A has 6 points. India-D has not won a single match so far, so they do not have any points. In the tournament, 6 points are awarded for a direct win, 3 points for a draw with a lead in the first innings and 1 point for trailing in a draw.
