Indian-origin Kamala Harris wins US Presidential Debate:
5 surveys consider her better; Trump made personal attacks, she kept answering with a smile
A presidential debate was held on Wednesday (September 11) between US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Indian-origin Kamala Harris. Both debated for 90 minutes. Before the debate began, Kamala reached Trump’s podium and shook hands with him. During the debate, Trump said that if Kamala became the president, Israel would be wiped out in 2 years. To this, Kamala said that if you were the president, Putin would be sitting in Kiev and eating you for lunch. In the debate, Kamala spoke for 37 minutes 36 seconds while Trump spoke for 42 minutes 52 seconds. After the debate ended, both of them returned without shaking hands. Kamala has been declared the winner in a survey conducted by 4 American media houses (New York Times, CNN, Washington Post) and BBC.
First Presidential Debate between Trump and Kamala This was the first and last debate between Trump and Kamala in this election. Kamala participated in the presidential election debate for the first time, while Trump has participated in the debate 6 times from 2016 to 24.
In this election, the first presidential debate was held between Trump and Biden on June 27. Biden lost, after which he gave up his presidential candidacy. After this, the Democratic Party made Kamala Harris the candidate.

Question 1: Both parties consider immigration and border security a big issue. Kamala, what is your party doing about this?

Trump’s counter: Thousands of criminals are coming to our country every day. They (migrants) eat dogs and cats. Interrupting him, the moderator said that no evidence has been found of this. Kamala’s counter Kamala laughed out loud after hearing Trump’s statement. She laughed and said, “According to Trump, migrants eat pets. Now they are crossing the limit.”
Question 2: Trump, you said that you would allow abortion even after 6 weeks, but then you backtracked from your statement. Your vice-presidential candidate JD Vance had said that you would veto the abortion ban bill.
Trump’s answer: The Democratic Party wants to give the right to abortion in the 9th month of pregnancy. One of their leaders had said that we will see what to do with the child after it is born. If necessary, it will be killed. That’s why I changed my stand on abortion. Kamala’s vice-presidential candidate had said that there is no problem in abortion in the 9th month or killing the child after birth.
Kamala’s counter: Trump is just lying. Because of him, abortion is banned in 20 states of America today. Rape victims are facing problems. No government or Trump can tell women what they should do with their bodies. I will definitely sign a bill allowing abortion during my tenure.
Trump’s counter: I will not ban abortion. This issue has divided the country for 52 years. All the states of America are now taking their own decisions on abortion. I will not need to veto the abortion bill, because Kamala Harris is never going to win the election. Kamala is a leftist. Her father is a communist. He has taught Kamala the leftism well. Putin also supports her. Kamala should be asked whether she will allow abortion in the 7th, 8th and 9th month of pregnancy.
Interrupting Trump, Kamala said: Come on, this is all a lie. Because of Trump’s policies, pregnant women have to go to other states for treatment. We will not let this happen.
Question 3: War has been going on in Gaza for 11 months. Hamas still has about 100 hostages. Last week Israeli PM Netanyahu said that there was no peace deal. Kamala, what do you have to say on this?
Kamala’s answer: The terrorist organization Hamas attacked Israel on 7 October. They killed more than 1200 innocent Israelis. Many women were raped. Israel has every right to defend itself, but it is also true that this war has dragged on for too long. The war must end now. We need a ceasefire deal so that the hostages can be freed. The establishment of a separate Palestine is the solution to this problem. We have to resettle Gaza. Palestinians have to be given security.
Trump’s counter: If I were the President of America, this war would never have started. Kamala hates Israelis. Kamala’s answer: I support President Biden’s decision to withdraw US troops from Afghanistan. Earlier 4 presidents had asked to do this, but Biden completed it. The result is that now American citizens are not having to pay $300 million daily for that war. As of today, not a single American soldier is involved in any war in Afghanistan or any other part of the world. Trump signed the weakest deal in American history during his tenure. Bypassing the government of Afghanistan, he dealt directly with the terrorist organization Taliban. Trump released 5 thousand Taliban terrorists. He also invited the Taliban leader to Camp David, where we invite respected leaders of the world.
Trump’s counter: At that time the Taliban was killing our soldiers. I told Taliban chief Abdul that if even one of our soldiers is killed, you will have to face problems. After this, no one died for 18 months. The agreement that Mike Pompeo (former US Secretary of State) had made with the Taliban was the best. If it had been implemented, not a single soldier of ours would have been left there, many of our citizens would not have been left there. Also, new military equipment worth $85 billion would not have been left there. All this was written in the agreement, but these people (Democrats) cancelled the agreement. This led to the worst kind of withdrawal of troops, which was the most shameful moment in American history. This is why Russia attacked Ukraine, because they knew that Kamala and Biden are incompetent.
Question 5: It has been two and a half years since the Russia-Ukraine war began. Trump, you said you could stop it in 24 hours. How will you do this? Do you want Ukraine to win?
Trump’s answer: I want the war to end. Thousands of people have died. Biden-Kamala have given millions of dollars to Ukraine. They are not saying anything to Europe. I had told NATO allies that either you give money or we will not protect you. That is why they do not like me. I have good relations with Zelensky and Putin. Both of them do not respect Biden. If I win the election, I will end this war. Biden does not know how to stop the war. How to talk to Putin. That is why there is a danger of the Third World War.
Kamala’s answer: First of all, let me tell you that you are fighting against me, not Biden. Trump is saying that he will stop the war within 24 hours of becoming the President, but in reality he will leave it. Had he been the President, Putin would have been sitting in Kiev right now. Putin’s agenda is not just Ukraine. We understand the importance of the world’s largest military (NATO). Our European partners, NATO allies are happy that you are not the president. Trump’s counter: Putin would have been sitting in Moscow and his 3 lakh soldiers would not have been killed. He has nuclear weapons which we do not want to talk about. Biden sent Kamala for peace and war started after 3 days. He has such talent too. He ruined Biden. I think Biden is the worst president in American history. Kamala helped make him like this.
Question 6: Kamla, the public elected you 4 years ago, do you think that the country’s economy has improved in 4 years?
Kamala’s answer: I grew up in a middle class family. At this stage, I am the only one who thinks about the progress of the middle class people of America. I believe in the dreams of the people of America. That’s why I have a plan for an economy in which there will be opportunities for everyone. There is a shortage of houses in our country. I will cut the taxes of the middle class. I will promote small business. Kamala accused Trump of planning a sales tax that would increase the burden on America’s middle class by $4,000 annually.

Trump’s counter: Kamala’s allegation is false, she also knows this. We will increase tariff rates on other countries, not on the people of America. Kamala’s counter: What did Donald Trump leave for us? Donald left a historic unemployment rate in the country, a bad health system. We improved everything. Kamala mentioned Project 25. On this, Trump said that this is a lie, I have never read Project 25 nor will I ever read it. Nobel laureates believe that Trump’s plan is pushing the country towards inflation. Trump has no plan for the American people. On this, Trump interrupted Kamala and said that my plan is excellent, it will provide employment to people and will bring progress to America.
