Pak Cannot Guarantee 26/11 Will Not Happen Again: Gilani
Pakistan has said that it is not possible for it to guarantee that the 26/11 will not repeated, reported NDTV.
While talking to US Defence Secretary Robert Gates who is currently on visit to Pakistan, Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani said that the best way to avert a terror attack was by delinking the peace process from action against terrorism and of course Kashmir dispute, said report.
“When we cannot protect our own citizens, how can we guarantee that there wouldn’t be any more terrorist hits in India,” Gilani was quoted as saying.
Gilani’s statement came following a warning by Gates that Pakistan-based militants, who had Al-Qaida links were planning strikes in India.
