Abhay a singer too!
MUMBAI: Abhay Deol has sung a song in Zoya Akhtar’s much anticipated film ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. This is the first song of Abhay’s career as an actor and he confesses that he wasn’t confident in wielding the microphone.
Abhay Deol said, “I can’t sing at all, neither I can dance. Today’s upbeat recording technologies tuned my part of the song as required. I didn’t even have time to practice. I told them (the makers of the film) that I can’t sing I can’t dance. They said me to sing my way and they would tweak it.”
But he is quite pleased with the final result.
“I loved my voice after recording. I don’t know if people would love it too,” he wondered.
‘Senorita’ is the song sung by Abhay Deol, Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar have also sung in it. The film’s leading ladies are Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin and the movie is set to release on 15 July.
