Barasat (West Bengal): Former West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee said the power would go in the hands of industrialists if Narendra Modi took charge of the Prime minister post.
“Narendra Modi is dangerous. If he becomes prime minister then the power will directly go in the hands of the owners of industries and factories,” he told an election rally at Panihati in Dum Dum Lok Sabha constituency.
The alternative front government could be formed once the opposition votes were combined, he said, urging people to vote for Left Front candidate Asim Dasgupta.
According to him, the number of unemployed people in the country has gone up in the last ten years and the poor people have become poorer during this period.
