MP to be made Happy State with the Help of Industrial Community: CM
Bhopal. The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh said that Madhya Pradesh is the most investor’s friendly state. The state will be made happy and progressive with the cooperation of the industrial community. New schemes have been implemented in the state to make youths enterprising. A new scheme to assist talented students in education will be implemented from August 15, he added. Shri Chouhan was addressing the entrepreneurs to explore possibilities for investment in Madhya Pradesh at a seminar held at Mumbai today. The seminar was organized by the Industries Department in cooperation of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
Shri Chouhan deliberated in detail with the prominent industrialists about the investment in the state and invited them to attend the Global Investors Summit schedule to be held at Indore on 22-23 October. Shri Chouhan said that a very effective and transparent single window system has been established in the state to facilitate the investors. Moreover, Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is not a sick state now; it has become the most progressive state in the country. Whether it is growth rate or agriculture growth rate, Madhya Pradesh is moving forward in all fronts, he added.
The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan further said that a land bank has been established to set up industries and all the necessary infrastructure is in place for investment. Water, electricity, land and all the necessary arrangements have been made available for the industry. Attractive policies have been made and investment has gained pace in the state due to friendly Industrial policy and investment favourable decisions. He added that a Happiness Ministry has been set up in the state. Spiritual peace is also must along with economic development.
Ministry for Industry Shri Rajendra Shukla said that progress of Madhya Pradesh is the talk of the entire country. Industry favourable atmosphere is available in the state. The Chief Secretary Shri Antony D’sa gave a presentation on industrial landscape and policies made in the favour of the investors.
Principal Secretary Industries Shri Mohammed Suleman underlined the possibilities of investment on the occasion. President West zone of CII Shri Sudhir Mehta presented the vote of thanks.
