Kareena Kapoor Khan cuts cakes with her crew as she wraps up a song from Akshay Kumar starrer Good News
Well, it’s time for some good news as Kareena Kapoor Khan was recently spotted cutting not one, but two cakes in order to celebrate the wrap of a song from her forthcoming flick titled Good News. The photo is sure to raise the excitement levels of all Bebo fans and will certainly make you count down to the release of the romantic comedy that also stars Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh.
While there are still months to go before we get to see the 38-year-old actress spilling her magic on the silver screen, this picture of KKK posted by her long-time hairstylist Yianni Tsapatori will quench her fans’ longing. The picture also features celebrity make up artist Mickey Contractor, Bebo’s manager Poonam Damania, costume designer Natasha Vohra and stylist Naina Sawhney and together they all look set to feast upon a pineapple and chocolate truffle cake. On the work front, Kareena was last seen in the 2018 movie Veere Di Wedding alongside Sonam Kapoor, Shikha Talsania and Swara Bhasker. She recently debuted as a radio jockey on her FM show What Women Want on which guests including her sister Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Manish Malhotra, Mallika Dua, Milind Deora among other popular personalities had featured.
Directed by debutante Raj Mehta and jointly produced by Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar, Good News is slated to hit the theatres on September 6, 2019. The film was initially scheduled for a July 19 release but was later pushed back.
Bebo would also be a part of the huge ensemble cast of Karan Johar’s next directorial venture Takht, an epic period drama supposedly set in the Mughal era. The ambitious magnum opus, slated for a 2020 release, would also star Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.
